Aim of the work - stading of influence of new compounds of culture medium and base on bacterial titer and storage of biopreparations. Methods - arginary microbiological methods. It's khown, that microorganisms with nitrogenfixing, phsphormobilization and growthstimulator attributes, have been used everywhere in agricultural practice. But preparative forms of these microorganisms were regnired in improvind. New compounds of culture medium and new base have been studied for their effect on bacterial titer of biopreparations and their storage. It's show, that use of vermiculit considerably inereased titer of nitrogenfixind and phosphormobilirating bacteria. Using of bishophit in 0.01% concentration increased the titer of Agrobact. radiobacter 1.5-1.8 times. For increasing of yielding capasity we recommended using of rhizoagrin and albobacterin undes spring Brassica napus and rizoagrin and polym ixobacterin undes Helianthus annuus. Results of investigations will be used for ereation of effective agricultural technology. Key words: microorganisms, biopreparations, nitrogen-fixing, phosphormobilization, yield.
