Aim of investigation: to work up the system of measures of control and prophylaxis of tuderculosis of agricultural animals methods: bacteriological,biochemical, pathological, allergic and serological. It was established that c and Mycodacterium bovis are transmited through eggs of paultry. Mycodacterium tuderculosis (str.№1848) and Mycodacterium avium (str.№33) caused the highest per cent of infected eggs of poultry (correspondly 23,6 and 18.7%).The highest per cent of infection of yolk was caused by strain №33 of Mycodacterium avium , and the highest per cent of infection of white was caused by stain №1848 of Mycodacterium tuderculosis. Mycodacterium tuderculosis (str.№192), Mycodacterium bovis (str.Vallee) and Mycodacterium avium (str.№14141) caused the death of embryos correspondingly in 100, 8--100 and 77,8-100 per cents cases. The highest degree of thermoresistance in youlks showed strains H37Rv an d №192 of Mycodacterium tuderculosis. On the strength of received results it was made an improved system of epizootiological inspection of poultry farms as for tuderculosis. The service of veterinary mtdicine.
