The objective is to select new effective strains of phosphorus-mobilizing bacteria and create on the base of them bacterial preparations and a system of their usage in agriculture. The methods of the investigations are the microbiological and agrochemical, the methods of field experiment and mathematic statistics. The equipment is an equipment of microbiological laboratory. Inoculation of maize seeds and sugar beet by phosphorus-mobilizing bacteria makes a number of that bacteria in soil more on 10-75%, and also the containing of mobil phosphorus in soil becomes 10% which can less the introduction of mineral phosphorus up to 30 kg/hectare and rise up the productivity of plants. The new strains of phosphorus-mobilizing bacter ia 1333, 2086, 2473, 3113, 3271, 4305 and other which are recommended for creating of their base new bacterial preparations are selected.
