The aim of the investigation - to work out the effective means for the pathogene diagnostic, therapeutic and protective methods. Such methods are using in work: imunodiagnostic, electrone microscopy, plants-indicators, clearn virus preparation and antiserum obtaning, spectrophotometry, electrophoresis in PAAG, tissue (meristem) culture, field experiments. During account period the system of means for seed potato production with the biotechnological methods usig has been worked out.
