Oxide compounds with different electrophysical propertys are object of the investigations. Some energy-efficient methods of synthesis of the oxide materials are studied and optimized. They include precursor precipitation from aqueous solutions, sol-gel and coevaporation methods. Bulk and single crystal materials with 1212 structure were obtained. Critical temperature dependence on the nature and content of the substituent element were found. Composites on the basis of organic polymers and high-Tc superconducting YBa2Cu3Oy were obtained.
