It is found that acoustic emission in crystals appears at the moments of the vacancy and interstitial atom generation by ultrasound. A new technique is developed that allows to determine deep level parameters in nonuniform semiconductor structures by using transverse acoustoelectric voltage. It is proposed a new method of acoustic influence on the radiative recombination kinetics of charge carriers in low-dimensional systems of the type ZnS/ZnSe. It is proposed a model of x-ray emission of К3- and К4- silicon lines at KL2,3 - ionization of atoms by photons and electrons in a wide range of energies of striking particles.
