Physical mechanisms of the processes were found. It was shown that two waves propagate in the composite fiber with boundary layer. It was established that dielectrical maxima are due to the motion of silanole groups and mechanical maxima are due to the motion of two-segment relaxators. It was proven that percolation transitions in porous system are connected with the generation of the solid phase cluster. It was shown that dye molecules are localized on the surface of polymelecular formations.
