The aim of investigation - to develop and establish theoretical base of biotechnological producing and usage of active immunity transfer factor in treatment of diseases caused by Rota - and Coronavirus, Esherichia, Auesky and mixed infections. Used methods - virological, bacteriological, immunological and immunobiotechnological. The methods of donors sensibilization to obtain transfer factor is established. The method of separating of transfer factor from different biological sources is proposed. Immunomodulating properties of the transfe factor were characterised. Proposed polyvalent medicine based on the transfer factor is more comfortable in veterinary practice in comparison with the similar monovalent drugs.
