The purpose - experimentally and mathematical simulation determine the conditions of fractal aggregates rising in RID process. The exponent and fractal characteristics of percolation clusters were estimated. The influence of component diffusion mechanisms on appearance of difference between the rates of lateral and normal growth of new phase centers at the interphase boundary between the components and also the difference in specific volumes of new and initial phases has been elucidated. The analysis of diffusion initiated recrystallization kinetic regularities has been made. The diviation from Tamman's parabolic law of new phase growth can be combined with the peculiarities of the anormal fractal diffusion coefficient. The simulation of intermetallic compound front growth in diffusion of diffusate element has been made.
