In consequence of collected material examination, analysis and generalization of world-wide experience on the problem of horse helminthosis (nematodosis) control, the complex program of horse papasitosis integrated control was formulated and substantiated. The program takes into account the basic backgrounds of both devastation and homeostasis concepts. It includes the necessity of biodiversity preservation which gives the opportunity to preserve the integrity and integrality of pasture ecosystems and the entirety of their functioning. The work has an applied value as well: the complex program of horse parasite integrated control, created and substantiated, will be indubitably introduced on horse plants. Sixty-one strains of predacious fungi belonging to 10 species of 4 genera has been extracted from the pasture soils of Poland and Ukraine. High nematophagous activity of the predacious fungus Duddington ia flagrans against the strongylid infective larvae was determined in faecal cultures in vitro. A number of experiments has been conducted to determine the influence of anthelmintic preparations on the growth and activity of the fungus.
