Goal: species composition of topical groups in the Black Sea Coat Region, biogeographic analysis, characteristics of changes under the pressure of anthropic factors, ecological and morphological trends of adaptation of certain groups of fauna, mainstreams of these complexes and the Contact Zone as a whole. As a result, the species content and peculiarities of forming of biogeographic complexes under conditions of the Contact Zone are established. Here, the fauna composition and bionomics of are determined by numerous factors of its historical biogeography, whereas the characteristics of changes rely on bionomics and directions of evolutionary processes in the animal groups forming them. The ways of forming various structures in the infraorder Tabanomorpha have been morphofunctionally analysed. As the result of the complex survey of the fruit flies the data on morphology , bionomics and biogeography, evolution and taxonomy of higher taxa worldwide are critically revised; Ukrainian fruitflies are considered on this background. It is emphasized that elaboration of nature conservation conceptions must involve knowledge of regularities of evolution of water and terrestrial ecosystems and deep understanding of their adaptive characteristics.
