The revision of biology of all investigated bees of the family Halictidae of the World fauna was carried out and the paths of origin and development their sociality was shown. Phylogenetic relationships within this family was specified. The design of a beehive for artificial management of the bee Osmia rufa was developed. The honeybee population revealed in the Polessky natural reservation in logs was investigated. Their value for regeneration and enrichment of forest coenoses was shown. The ability of Carpathian bees to a self-cleaning from the mite Varroa jacobsoni was found. The corrections to the technology of management of these bees were offered. The technology of management of the pollinating process on the alfalfa fields was designed. This technology can allow essential increasing productivity of the seeds.
