Resistance of photosynthetic apparatus to stresses of the wheat and sugar beet was associated with an increase in photorespiration rate under stress conditions. An inhibition of photosynthetic rate of non-substrate (phytohormonal) origin under decreased demand for assimilates has been found in experiments with bean plants. It is proved that retardants are an effective means for increase raspberry productivity owing to optimization of assimilates distribution in plant.
