Importance of the development of the new highefficient piezoceramic lead free materials caused by the technological difficulties in the production of the most widespread lead zirconate titanate ceramics. The especial attention was paid to study of the morphotropic region in sodium-bismuth titanate systems (NBT) where the rombohedral and tetragonal phases coexist and electomechanic characteristics reach the high level.
