The influence of impurities and production technology on the piezoceramic physical properties for development new modifications was studied. The dielectric, piezoelectric and elastic characteristics of the piezoceramics with different structures on the base of NBT were measured. The piezoceramics materials with the high efficient electromechanic characteristics were obtained in the result of combinations of modified impurities and synthesis conditions.
