It is being performed for the first time with the purpose of prowiding the legal and pricing basis to the development of various types of activities in the area of land utilization, land cadastre, land evaluation, topography and geodesic works, etc. The tariff development includes the study of analogues developed in the USSR in the area of tariff-making for this type of work, as well as the analogues developed in the recent years in the CIS countries. It also includes the scientific study of the factors influencing the cost of separate types of work, determination of the criteria for the evaluation of the unit of measurement, tariff structuring depending on the types of work, compilation and editing of a tariff catalogue. The tariff catalogue is the end product, prepared for publication and duly approved by the State Committee of Land Resources of Ukraine.
