The high level of Cr, Ni, Pb, Zn in food and water is associated with intensification of physiological and biochemical processes in cows organism, accumulation of separate heavy metals in tissues and excretion of them with milk. The decreases of oxidative enzymes activity, SH-groups content, increase of phenols level and the changes of fatty acid composition were found in blood, organs and tissues. The age and season differences of the influence og techongenic loading on the organism were established. The corrective supplement that ensures the optimization of metabolic processes in cows at technogenic loading zones, decreases concentration of some heavy metals in blood and milk, stimulates detoxic, hemopoetic and reproductive functions of organism was elaborated.
