The functional heterogeneity of condition in corns of uterus under one functional yellow corpus was determined. In experiment on oocyte-cumulus complexes (OCC) was established that insulin, estradiol, GP-P, GP-G, GP-K in certain doses had positive influence on the morphological characteristic of OCC, their RNA and DNA content and conduct to increase of cumulus ells quantity in OCC. Cell cytosols of ovaries and granulosa of follicles in low doses also increase of OCC quality, RNA and DNA contentnt.- Cultivation of OCC with follicles granulosa cells even more increases their quantity and the content the RNA and DNA in them.Complex introductions of oestradiol, GP-P and insulin in different combinations increase of OCC quantity and the content of nucleic acids in them. Addition to oestradiol and GP-P of essential amino acids methionine and lysine, in cultural medium for maturation of OCC gives rise to even more improvement o f OCC morphological characteristics and the content of nucleic acids in them. In investigations on heifers the influence of new liposomal hormone-and-vitamine preparations "OVOESTROGEN" and "OVOCOR" on reproductive organs under oestrus stimulation has been studied. The rise of biosynthetic processes in nuclei of reproductive and parenchy-matic organs was received. In the ovaries the quantity of growing and ovulated follicles and of yellow corpora were rised.
