The collection of materials for the competition was organised in all regions of Ukraine on the basis of the cryteria of selection and valuation of the best inventions. All documents have been systematized, analysed and valuated. The results of the competition by the nomination "The best invention 2000", according to which the winners of the competition were revealed. The best inventions for the rewarding by categories "Industry" and "The satisfaction of the human's living needs" and also the best inventions for the rewarding in every region of Ukraine were determined.
