The research was carried out with use of means of communication, PC, incorporated in a local information help network , newest system and applied software. During performance of work were: the forms of the entering information messages of the enterprises are developed technology of the tax and processing of the information,; the forms of the leaving documents - information analytical reports; algorithms of the analysis of the information; software of formation of information databases, processings of the information and registration of parameters by results of researches; Were investigated, including, average registration number of the workers, fund of payment of work, average a payment, work on the contracts, work in combination, wages in kind of work. By basic scientific tec hnical production, which is created and is transferred under the contract with State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine are the Collections of the information analytical reports. In the information analytical reports each quarter the results of researches on named above to parameters move, where the data are incorporated on conditional regions of Ukraine, on industrial complexes and managements of Committee, on to areas. The generalized parameters are made out separately for the small enterprises, except for small, for scientific organizations, for the industrial enterprises, for the state, state, corporate enterprises and organizations.
