During performance of work were staticized: Technology of the tax and processing of the information; the forms of the entering information messages of the enterprises; the forms of the leaving documents - information of the analytical reports; algorithms of the analysis of the information; software of formation of information databases, processings of the information and registration of parameters by results of carried out research . On the basis of this software and workstation the research of debts of the enterprises and scientific organizations on to a payment is created automated a workplace fo r formation and support of databases. During performance of work: the nomenclature of the state enterprises and scientific organizations was specified which enter into sphere of management of State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine, rather which the researches, were carried out. Including, registration number working, with which have run into debt; debts lossed on manufacture; general change in repayment of debts on to a payment in comparison with the last year. By basic scientific technical production, which is created and is transferred under the contract with State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine are the Collections information of the analytical reports. In information analytical the reports the results of researches on above to parameters move, where the data are incorporated on conditional regions of Ukraine, on industrial complexes and managements of Committee, on areas. In particular, in the Collections the parameters of debts on wages of the enterprises under the form of managing, o n depth of a privatization, on meaning in economy are given. The lists of the enterprises are given: - which the debts on to a payment by a condition on 10.01.2001р have not., - which debts by term менше of the 2-nd months, - is more than the 3-rd months, - which have the greatest debts on to a payment, that makes 95 % from general debts.
