Their physical, chemical and pharmacological properties were investigated. It has been disclosed that the biologically active compounds of water-soluble and alcohol- soluble cjmpleted substances of Thymus serpyllum herb possess the cardiotonic, bronchialytical and antiulcerous activities. Two experimental liniments №1 and № 2 have been obtained on the basis of Thymus serpyllum essential oil. Liniment № 1 consists of Thymus serpyllum essential oil only. Liniment № 2 consists of Thymus serpyllum essential oil as a basis and oil exctract of the flower Calendula, dens extract of Glycyrriza and salicylic acid.
