The new stage is doping КTi2(PO4)3 with aluminum is found: at small contents (n < 0,7 at.%), aluminum form inside matrix channels a new Al-sublattice, practically without subsitution of titanium т the basic Ti-sublattice. It is shown that abnormal physicochemical properties of the phosphates are due to change in mechanism of dopant distribution in the crystal at small n.
