Is shown, that the original positions of the electronic theory of the evaporation and formation of the near-surface structure of the binary semiconductor crystals with an ion bonding at their heating in the vacuum, has been designed before, are also used in case of the crystals with feeble polarity and composite crystals. The adsorption and emissive properties of composite films, which are referred to the dispenser cathodes are investigated. The analysis of the possibility of using superficially-barrier structures, based on the thin films of the metal - silicon composition as the gas sensors is carried out.
