Under Ga alloying the transformation kinetics in Cu-Sn alloys is changed from attermal to isothermal accumulation of the reversible deformation stipulated by the MT in Cu-Sn-Ga alloys occurs at constant temperature in time. Thisprocess can last during 10-60 min but the main accumulation takes place during first 10 min. The full reversing of the accumulated during direct MT deformation occurs at heating to temperature higher than temperature of the finishing of the reverse MT. The velocty of the accumulation of the reversible deformation depends on the accumulation of reversieble temperature the slowe r this process occurs. The kinetics of accumulation of the fully reversible deformation can be changed from athermal to isothermal by the deformation or definite regimes of the thermal works (aging at 150-200 C during 10-30 min). The same change can be fulfilled on the one sample (alloy) by the changing of the cooling velocity after quinching that is temperature accumulation of the deformation can be change on the time accumulation. By the X-ray and neutron methods the type of crystalline lattice and lattice parameters were determined . The substructure of the parent and martensitic phases was investigated by the electron microscopy method. Under Al or Ge alloying accumullation stipulated by the MT takes place only under temperature change. This accumulation is stopped at coustant temperature. The restoration of the initial forme in these alloys under heating is incomplete. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
