Methods of researches - definition of substantial composition by X-ray-fluorescent, chemical-analytical, X-ray-spectrum analysis's; definition of isotopic age by uranium-lead, Sm-Nd, K-Ar methods; definition of isotope composition of oxygen, carbon and sulfur in minerals by a mass-spectrometric technique. As a result of the performed works on gold ore deposits of Middle-Dnieper Granite-Greenstone are revealed characteristic substantial-geochemical gold ore-guides in greenstone structures. The geologic-genetic model of gold-ore processes on the basic deposits and ore manifestations of the region is proposed which is based on idea of the hydrothermal ore formation in systems of ancient volcanos. The c riteria and gold ore guides in the granite-greenstone structures are developed. The results of researches under the project are introduced on expeditions of Department of geology and conservations of resources of Ukrainian Mineralogy.
