To calculate primary and secondary irradiation characteristics with high space detailing at the target heterogeneous computer programs were created by this methods. The theoretical analysis of obtained systematic data was carried out and main rules of specific effects forming under electron irradiation of space heterogeneous media were discovered. Halfempirical models of passing of primary and secondary electron irradiation in heterogeneous media taked into account boundary effects were developed. Created halfempirical models and computer programs ensure modern precision level of radiation characteristic calculations of real objects. It is actual for decision of applied problems of nuclear physics, defence from ionization irradiations, electron irradiation dosimetry in radiation technology used beams of electron line ar accelerators.
