The methods of the composite analysis of physical properties of the rare metals granitoids was worked out. There was determined the 8 petrophysic genetic types (according to the petrophysic data) with the good prospects for accumulation of the rare metals and the rare-earth elements and with favorable conditions of formation these mineral deposits, which are a result of the transformation of the rocks.
