On the base of results obtained the scientific approach is determined to the control in synthesis of the refractory compounds above, and original processing for fadbricating the grindless powders with redulated particle size and morphology is developed. Processing properties of synthesized powders during forming, sintering, hot pressing, and thermomechanical treatment for materials on the base of the powders above are studied.
