Research objective: to study the possibility of reducing pesticide load in four viticultural zones in the south of Ukraine. Biological peculiarities to the development of principal pests of vine have been studied; level of harmfulness has been determined; field (on an industrial scale) trials of 12 protection designs have been carried out. The data obtained will serve a basis for developing a model of pesticide treatments for each viticultural zone and will enable a differentiated description of pesticide background.
