The mathematical models of account of temperature in a zone of contact disk - preparation are developed which unite technological parameters thermofriction of cutting of metals and thermophisic of the phenomenon of process of friction, that has allowed to raise(increase) efficiency of processing and to expand technological opportunities of its(her) use. Are investigated and the technological features and basic laws of deterioration of disks used for performance of operations thermofriction of cutting are established which have allowed to establish influence of conditions and modes of cutting, and also mater ial and geometrical parameters of disks on their deteriorations and stability(resistance). For increase of stability(resistance) of the tool for TFC the design of a disk with cooling (patent UA №25619A) is developed. The techniques and practical recommendations for management of parameters of technological system ensuring reliable realization of ways thermofriction of processing are developed.
