The purpose of work - to improve and to introduce existing technologies and base principles of reproduction of a seed material of a potatoes on the basis of progressive ways of reception of the initial forms. The developed technology of reception mikro buber mini buber and of plants. The cultivation mini buber in a hothouse compared with cultivation provides them in rolls increase of productivity on 674g (on 50 plants). The best way of entering of mineral fertilizers in a hothouse is their local entering into quantities(amounts) N45P45K45 of working substance on hectare. At reproduction of the improved potatoes there is a decrease(reduction) of productivity on reproduction : in first - on 4,9-6,1 %, in second on 7,2-10,4 %, in third - on 38,9-40,8 %, in fourth - on 57,3-60,4 % compared with best specimens. Seed-growing of a potatoes is conducted with grades Neva, Borodjanck pink, Snowdrop,Kobsa, Lugowck by a method of selection of clones under the five years' circuit and on the basis of use mikro and mini buber.
