Methods of investigation - microbiological, biochemical, chemo- and genotaxonomic, genetical, chemotherapeutical, physical and chemical, etc. Culture collections of Pseudomonas, Bacillus and some other bacteria were informationally formalized as a part of the Ukrainian Collection of Microorganisms. Diagnosis of the genus Pseudoalteromonas (on the basis of study of its marine representatives) was revised and supplemented with new data, specific diagnosis of P. nigr ifaciens was widened, new species P. elyakovii was described, singularity of genotype of endophytic bacilli was established. Genus Micrococcus was revised with valid description of four new genera. Some ecological and taxonomic peculiarities of pseudomonads ice formation ability were established. Potential strains with ice-forming and antifreezing properties were found. Effectivity of probiotics from bacilli against experimental viral infections (influenza, herpes) and experimental campylobacteriosis were shown for the first time. It was found that one of the mechanisms of action of probiotics biosporin, subalin and endosporin lays in conciderable enhancing of non-specific immunological resistance of macroorganism. Complex preparations with high antimicrobal activity were obtained from four species of plants from the genus Artemisia. New direction of research - study of influence on microorganisms of antibiotics and other secondary metabolites from plants in sun-light activated state is initiated. Four new preparations have been tested and permit for their medical and veterinary use is obtained. Results of scientific research work are used or ready to be used in different areas of medicine, veterinary and plant-growing. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
