Purpose of work - study of fundamental problems of interparticle interaction and poliarization processes; development of scientific principles of forming of electrocoagulative structures on the basis of the new cataphoretic film-forming agents; modified anode oligomers and disperse phases and building on their basis of composite electrophoretic coatings with anticorrosion, adrasive, piezoelectric properties. Method of testing - IR-spectroscopy, microelectrophoresis, optical microscopy. As a result of the conducted studies the optimal conditions and main regularity of forming of new composite coatings on basis anionactive and catioactive film-forming argents with given properties are established. T he designed theory of nonequilibrium surfase phenomena in concentrated disperse systems, orthokinetic coagulation charged particles and non-steady processes of poliarization and adsorption. The outcomes of studies of obtained new polymer composite coating can become the basis for development of the modern ecologically committed technology of obtaining of electrophoretic multifunction coatings with high technical and economical characteristics.
