In the cenoses of a water-purifying bioreactor the most widely spread ones appeared to be microorganizms of genera Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Azotobacter, Arthrobacter and Candida. The fauna of bioreactor is represented mostly by free-swimming amoebae, infusoria, kotiferas and other organisms.
