The objective of investigation - to study a role of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) unspecific of phytopathogenic bacteria in appearance hypersensitive reaction (HR) on tobacco leaves. Methods of a research were microbiological, phytopathological, biochemical and structural analysis. It is shown that best HR cause cultures of phytopathogenic bacteria of a genus Pseudomonas in the age 1-3- day. Bacterial lipopolysaccharides and their structural components do not caused HR on tobacco leaves. The added LPS P.syringae to cultures P.solanacearum and P.fluorescens did not influence on development HR. Saprophytic bacteria P.fluorescens oppress development HR by pathogens on tobacco, but not inhibit completely. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
