The researches were carried out with use of means of communication, PC, incorporated in local, newest system software. During performance of work were: the forms of the entrance and target documents, algorithms of the analysis of the information are staticized technology of the tax and processing of the information,; software of formation of databases, processing and registration of parameters; the individual monitoring of a condition of the basic technical economic, financial and labour parameters of activity was carried out: volume of realization, incomes, debts creditor, before the budget, before Pension fund, on payment of work; the size basic of fund (belonging to the state); the essential elements responsible representatives of the supervisory Council at Open Joint-stock Companies and others. By basic scientific technical production, which is created and is transferred under th e contract with State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine are the Collections information of the analytical reports. In the information analytical reports the results of researches on the named above parameters are submitted, where the data are incorporated on areas, managements and branches of Committee. In the Collection the tables of a condition of the reporting about financial economic activity of Open Joint-stock Companies are given which, among others, is sent in Fund of a state Ownership of Ukraine.
