Optimum temperature (180-200°C) and pres-sure (100-200 kPa) for tile production dimensions 4x100x200 mm as well as cutting tool types and optimum cutting modes providing dimension accu-racy up to 0,1 mm were selected. Scintillator light collection uniformity >5% and light attenuation length <50 cm were assured. Produced were sam-ples being not inferior to Japanese (SCSN-81) and American (BC-408) analogues.
