Experimental-industrial production was set up. Optimum temperature-time polymerization performance at temperatures 100-200°C during 64 hours was selected on the basis of mathematical modeling. Produced was pilot batch of samples with high operational parameters: light attenuation length is L=50-80 cm, parameter spread not more than 20%.
