The aim of study: to determine the genetic organization and genetic control of productivity and grain quality, to substantiate the methods of management of their hereditary variation and on this base to elaborate the technologies of initial material and varieties of new generation. Methods of investigations: systemic investigations and systemic analysis, biochemical and computer technologies. Theoretical and practical results: there have been worked out the methods of donor's properties of initial and breed ing material, as well as it's genetic and breeding value for the physiological and biochemical macro-characters with the system control and the computer technologies for solving breeding tasks. There have been developed the systemic investigations of genetic control of maize and sunflower biochemical composition. 70 original maize inbreds with the genetical improved grain quality were created. There have been received 2 author certificates for the maize hybrids. The hybrid of sweet corn and co-authorical high-oleic sunflower hybrid were passed to the State Variety Testing.
