The methods of producing forms from silica glass was developed. On the basis of mathematical modeling optimal polymerization regimes were developed (temperature of 100-120 0С during 64 hours time) to obtain the scintillators with optimal chain-length distribution, that guarantees high operating parameters such as light attenuation length of 80-100 cm, light output of 50%.
