The target of the work is the forecast calculation for the main indexes of the social expenditures and revenues for their defrayal on 2002. The methods of research are the actuary calculations and explanation of existing system of the population social protection, demographic and macroeconomic environment based on the existing legislative and normative documents on social policy problems. The practical value of this work is in opportunity to use it in social policy planning, social directivity law elaboration, substantiation the social expenditures of the Consolidated budget.
