Method of development and methods of investigation are represented by complication of mathematical models and computer codes of heat transfer calculation, numerical analysis, investigations of the test pieces in material knowledge (physics of metals) under laboratory conditions as well as industrial tests of specimens, development of computerized stand for heat engineering tests of the test recuperative sections of modernized design. Comparison of temperature and hydraulic resistance characteristics of modernized recuperator of various design and geometry optimization for separate U-shape sections of loop type. The results obtained and novelty, efficiency of development and use area. Efficiency of use of the secondary emitters being arranged within the tubes as means of the tube walls temperature reduction for enhance of recuperator stability. It's established the pre heated temperature raise till 600 °C that provides 30 % saving of natural gas by use at the reheating furnaces as well as 50 °C reduction of tube well temperature that provides 3-5 times increase life of equipment. The recuperators are intended for arrangement at the reheating furnaces of the rolling mills and for the furnaces of manufacturing of building materials.
