The main principles of rehabilitation of territory of a zone are determined, main directions of rehabilitational activity (management of agriculture and wood facilities, water-protective activity etc.) for case of territories returning under the jurisdiction of local government as well as main directions of ecological-economic rehabilitational activity on the territory of EZ&ZAR are developed. Preliminary estimation of capability of a zone territory rehabilitation (agricultural, forest use etc.) as well as a zoning of EZ&ZAR territory according to capability of rehabilitation have carried out. Scientific substantation of directions of radiation monitoring at realization of measures on rehabilitation of territory of a zone. The project of the methodical recommendations concerning principles of rehabilitation polluted owing to Chernobyl of catastrophe of territori es EZ&ZAR is developed.
