There is confirmed existence of inhomogeneous field in liquid, change of which is on two order of magnitude prevail the hydrostatic pressure change. On the basis of Van der Waals model of fluctuation gas the extended equation of state for substance is suggested; the influence of charge ions addition on behavior of thermodynamic and correlation properties for liquid near the critical point are investigated.
