Method is selection. 141 pedigree rams have been evaluated according to progeny evaluatioln program, 59 among them have turned out to be improvers. It is found out, that to raise the fertility inbreeding II-II and II-III should be used. The skin gystological structure and its correlation with wool productivity and sheepskin qualities have been studies.
