By the purpose works was to lead neurophysiological analysis of functioning of a brain and neurochemical analysis in formations of a brain; to define features central neurotropical of a component of action narcotic and not narcotic analgetics in conditions of norm, experimental neurosis and phsychosis, acute pain. Also to lead study of influence (melatonin, pyracetam, kavinton) in a brain in conditions physical loading. Such methods of research - method of an electrical irritation of a root of a rats tail are used; techniques " of an open field " and passive avoid; a method of study excitability of structures of a head brain and intracentral relation between them; a technique hypobaric hypoxia; techniques of compulsory sailing, biochemical techniques of definition of products lipid peroxidation and activity enzyme-antioxydants. The experimental data are r eceived which testify about changes analgesice activity narcotic and not narcotic analgesics in conditions of experimental psychosis, to presence of the central component in the mechanism of action non-narcotical analgesics, about psychotropic drugs. In work the comparative analysis analgesic properties of analgin, diclophenak-natrium, acetilsalicilic acid, ketorolak and ketoprophen in conditions of experimental neurosis. Is shown, that not narcotic analgetics have the central component in the mechanism of analgetics action. The received results can be a theoretical substantiation for a rational choice analgetics of means in conditions of pathological statuses of CNS. Area of application - medicine, pharmacology.
