The outcomes of clinical-epidemiological research have allowed to establish a high frequency of spreadihg the vertebrae-spinal cord trauma in Donetsk-city. The basic group was com-pounded a damages of cervical spine (46,1 %). The definite phase in dynamics of a pathomorphologic changes of cervical spinal cord at its damage is revealit. The immunological and biochemical changes depend on a degree of damage of a spinal cord and terms after trauma. The elaboration of surgical treatment is designed and depends on a level and characteristic of spine's damages with usage of primary's techniques anterior fixation of cervical spine by plates and transpedicular fixation with applying of a different designs of thoracal and lumbosacral branch of the spine. The result of outcome have allowed to conduct a reposition and stabilization of an injured segment, considerably to improve functional outcome, to reduce en functional result, to decrease a lethality and physical disability.
