The purpose of operation: to reduce number of purulent complications for the patients with a multiple trauma. Research techniques - clinical, immunological, biochemical, microbiological. The biochemical metrics of a blood and specific composition of a normal microflora of mucous shells of fauces, nose and surface of a skin for 30 injureds were researched the immune status. The clinical data are parsed for 140 patients. The immunological and biochemical researches have shown, that the function osteosynthesis promotes normalization of immune and metabolic processes, that optimizes regenerative abilities of an organism. The features of metabolic processes in acute and early periods of traumatic illness for the patients with a multiple trauma of finitenesses are defined. Usage in treatment of tranquilizers, drugs for a narcosis in a combination with contrical, lypostabil, rheopolyg lukin, cytochrome C does not reduce to inhibition of an obligate microflora. The complete complex of drugs promotes deleting of a transit microflora. In vitro the drugs which are not oppressing immunity are defined.
