Aim of the work: To study and compare the effect of impulse and alternating magnet fields on the state of hormonal and immune systems in women with genital endometriosis and infertility of inflammatory genesis. Genital endometriosis treatment as one of the causes of female infertility is one of the complicated problems in modern gynecology in correlation with a great number of complications after medicamentous and hormonal therapy. In this work the peculiarities of the state of hormonal and immune systems in women with genital endometriosis and infertility of inflammatory genesis is examined; it was attempted to correct the hormonal and immune status of this group of patients due to introducing of magneto therapy into the complex treatment scheme of these patients; to compare the effect of impulse and alternating magnet fields in women with this pathology. Moreover, in this work mathematically well-founded effects arising from the alternating magnet field influence in combination with zonal decompression on the human organism after the example of female inflammatory genesis infertility treatment.
